AutoCAD 2005 Level I Part I: Essentials
This
three-day workshop is designed for anyone who plans to become a
regular user of AutoCAD 2002 and is suitable for students of all
disciplines. The AutoCAD 2005 interface is explored as well as those
core drawing and editing commands that are used to create a basic
drawing.
AutoCAD 2005 Level I Part II: Beyond the Basics
The
tools that were introduced in Essentials are further explored to
include more sophisticated drawing and editing commands in this
two-day workshop. In addition, drawing setup and utility commands
are introduced in this workshop. Prerequisite: AutoCAD 2005, Level
I Essentials.
AutoCAD 2005 Level II
Level
II places an emphasis on increasing user productivity through the
use of layers and blocks (symbols). Enhanced drawing techniques
and ways to improve the drawing setup are discussed. Prerequisite:
AutoCAD 2005, Level I.
3-D Design Using AutoCAD 2005
In
this three-day workshop, learn how to create accurate three-dimensional
wireframe, surface and solid models using AutoCAD. This workshop
assumes knowledge of AutoCAD two-dimensional techniques and will
cover 3-D visualization, definition of user coordinate systems,
3-D entities, mesh creation and Boolean operations. Prerequisite:
AutoCAD two-dimensional drawing experience.
AutoCAD LT 2005 - Essentials
AutoCAD
LT is a revolutionary computer-aided design package that brings
powerful CAD capabilities to smaller businesses and personal users
who are looking for a less expensive CAD solution. Students in this
workshop will learn the basics of creating and editing CAD drawing
files, methods to make drawings more precise, and annotating drawings.
AutoCAD 2004 to 2005 Technical Update
This
workshop assumes knowledge of AutoCAD 2004. New features to be covered
include dealing with two-dimensional and three-dimensional attributes,
library material, etc. Prerequisite: AutoCAD 2004.
Introduction to 3-D Studio MAX
Autodesk
3-D Studio MAX is the most popular professional graphics package
for creating high-resolution 3-D models, renderings and animations
on personal computers. This two-day course is designed to be a foundation
for all 3-D Studio MAX users. It introduces the user to the MAX
interface, the basics of modeling, modification, transformation,
lighting, cameras, animation, materials editing and mapping, trackview
and hierarchies.
Fundamentals of 3-D Studio VIZ
This
course serves as a foundation for architectural, civil and industrial
designers on the use of 3-D Studio VIZ. The basics of 3-D Studio
VIZ's modeling, lighting, cameras, animation, materials editing
and mapping features will be explored.
Character Development with 3-D Studio Max
about developing
animatable characters with the 3-D Studio MAX environment. A basic
knowledge of 3-D Studio MAX is preferred but not required. *Student
manual required at an additional cost.
